Open Studios

Once a year, the artistic neighborhood of South End, Boston opens its doors to public to showcase and promote their artwork in a remarkable array of different styles and mediums: oil painting, photography, sculpture, and other. Local galleries and studios invite visitors to view, discuss and experience a creative in-studio environment and process.
An origami bird was chosen as a symbol of the festival. Origami is the art that anyone can enjoy from simple folds for kids to intricate designs that require an advanced skill. This is a festival for all and everyone is invited.
